Comfort Inn Downtown – Hotel near airport in Cleveland

The hotel's in a perfect theater district location, but the rooms were small and had a lingering pizza smell from the subway below. The pricing was higher than expected with additional parking fees, making me question the overall value. The staff at check-in weren't very welcoming.

I found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for various attractions in downtown Cleveland. The friendly staff added to the positive experience, but some areas could use updates for a more modern feel. The dining options were satisfying but had limited hours, and the value for money was generally good.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room had some cleanliness issues with long strands of hair on the blanket and being close to the smoking area outside, but it was well-equipped with a desk, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom was small, and the fan was quite loud. I had to ask for the Wi-Fi password the next day as it wasn't provided at check-in.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were nice and always very clean, but they did smell like smoke and had ashes on the floor and bed. The hotel's location was great for our activities, being within walking distance to various attractions. The service, despite being extra friendly, had an issue with overcharging and not being very attentive. The dining experience was enjoyable but could have been improved with more variety. The facilities were satisfactory, enhancing our stay. However, for the value provided, the price could have been better.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was amazing and spacious. However, the check-out time was a bit early for the evening show.
